I love working in a user-centered and experimental way, which is very much embedded into Hemnets awesome culture. As a UX Director, I strive to keep this culture going and help out any way I can. Through things like forums for collaboration, tools, ways of working and routines for meeting users.

I also work with cross-team initiatives like our own Hemnet design system.
