We have listed the current perks & benefits that we offer to our Hemnet employees. Benefits might change over time, but always with our employees' best interest at heart.
Vacation
At Hemnet you get 30 days paid vacation each year. But there is more -YOLO-days!
In addition to your 30 days vacation, you will receive one additional paid leave day per quarter, YOLO days (= four additional paid leave days per year). These can be used whenever you want: perhaps in connection to a public holiday that is not in the Swedish calendar, or attend your children's exam day - without using your ordinary vacation days.
Wellness Contribution
All employees get 5 000 SEK yearly in wellness contribution.
Hemnet Wellbeing, meaning?
We want our employees to recharge their batteries and stay healthy which is why we invest in health activities beyond the wellness contribution. You can join colleagues for activities like yoga, running or one of the popular classes at Barry's or BeCore.
Mental health support
Life can be tough sometimes. If you are facing problems affecting your mental wellbeing at home or at work, we offer free access to counseling from a psychologist or a health coach through EuroAccident.
Moving Day
Finding and moving to a new home is a big thing, we know a thing or two about that. That is why we offer you one day off when it is time for you to change your address.
Get 50% off on your Hemnet ad
Of course you get a discount on Hemnet's stellar products when being a Hemnet employee! We offer a 50 % discount on all of our listing products, to be deducted on your salary (and taxed accordingly to tax rules).
Pension
When it is time for retirement, you can trust that we have done our share in setting money aside. We offer you a pension in accordance with ITP1 and set aside your pension savings in Avanza. Through Avanza you are able to choose how you want to invest your pension savings.
Parental Pay
Stay at home with your new family member and feel confident that we will top up your contribution from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Swe: Försäkringskassan) for a period. Ask us if you want to learn more about our parental pay!
Sick Insurance
Sometimes the unexpected happens and we will watch out for you even if you are not able to come to work for a while. If you become long-term sick, we will compensate you with a 90% of your salary, if you are absent for more than three months.
A flexible way of working
Our Hemnet way of working builds on trust and always putting the needs of our company, teams and customer first. Our vibrant office in central Stockholm is the hub of our collaboration and culture, providing a lively space that fosters team spirit. We come together in the office three days a week, with two flexible remote days.
Home Office Allowance
You have the opportunity to get a contribution from Hemnet of up to 5 000 SEK to invest in your home office.
Opportunities for learning
We want you to continue to grow your skills and stay innovative when working at Hemnet. For example, twice per year you can engage in our LAB-weeks; an important break from daily work where we fully focus on new ideas and experimentation/tech for a whole week.
We also offer every team a learning-budget for courses and learnings.
