In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build exceptional search, filtering, and map experiences. With millions relying on us daily, you’ll drive solutions that balance the needs of users, business objectives, and our long-term product vision.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategically: Define and communicate a compelling vision and long-term goals for the Find & Discover product, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with tech, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and impactful launches

• Deliver Impact: Enable high-quality product releases by removing roadblocks, facilitating quick decisions, and fostering an experimental mindset

• Prioritize the Customer: Drive discovery, testing, and feedback to continuously improve the user experience

• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key product metrics, partnering with analytics to run experiments and iterate effectively

• Inspire and Lead: Empower your team to challenge assumptions, focus on priorities, and deliver results collaboratively across departments

• Solve Complex Problems: Navigate ambiguity with a clear, adaptable approach to drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business

• Champion Growth: Continuously refine processes and encourage feedback to support personal and team development

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing and app contexts

• Proven experience with Search and Discovery products—ideally at companies mature in experimentation

• Understanding of recommendation systems, personalization, and/or SEO and marketing technologies is a strong plus

• A track record of delivering impactful results in fast-moving, scaling environments

• Experience in tech scale-ups or mature organizations where you’ve built or optimized large-scale products

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams

• A passion for creating user-centric products that balance business and technical needs
