About the Role:
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and improving Hemnet’s internal IT systems, networks, and productivity tools. You’ll work closely with various teams, including Information Security and DevOps, to create a seamless and secure IT environment that supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

       IT Operations, Strategy & Security

• Ensure the performance, stability, and availability of internal IT systems environment

• Drive decisions on internal IT operational issues, support the implementation of IT strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Implement and maintain security best practices within the internal IT environment, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards.
  
  Asset & License Management
  
• Oversee hardware and software inventory for efficient resource utilization and compliance
  
  Internal IT Support, Administration & Collaboration
• Provide internal IT support for employees, including troubleshooting software, access management, and IT-related issues
• Work closely with Information Security and DevOps teams to align IT operations with business-critical platforms and processes
• Manage the integration of SaaS solutions and internal systems for a cohesive IT environment
• Provide training and support to internal teams on IT tools, processes, and security practices
• Maintain up-to-date documentation

• Proven experience in IT operations, ideally within a dynamic tech environment
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, security management, and SaaS solutions
• Experience with Google Workspace or similar environments is highly desirable
