🔍 Challenge one, search function optimization:
Team Find & Discover is experimenting and trying out some new stuff with one thing in mind, how can we optimize the searching experience and make the user more engaged?
They want to create valuable recommendations on relevant homes for sale and make it easy to gather the users' previous searches and objects. The aim is to give our users the best possible experience and opportunity to match their dreams and needs in a new home.

🏗 Challenge two, creating value for property developers and consumers interested in new constructions:
Team New Construction is working on making the project listing (web and app) more valuable for property developers and consumers. This includes a lot of product and market research to learn about the value we create for our partners. By working a lot with e.g user research, user- & customer interviews and A/B testing we want to find out what actually brings traffic to the listings, and improve our product.

🏡 Challenge three, help as many sellers as possible to use Hemnet to market their property:
One challenge that Team Sellers Experience is trying to solve right now is helping sellers get the best of their property sale together with Hemnet. One factor they have in mind is for example: In uncertain times, the threshold might be higher to pay for a listing if you're not sure that you want to sell.
Here, our developers need to listen to the data to know what kind of product improvement we should prioritize.
